The Second Ward Democrats endorse Taniesha Henry, who has a strong background in family court serving for 5-6 years as a custody hearing officer. She served for some years as a clerk to a family court judge who had her in the courtroom as well as research and write opinions. The judge was never overturned on appeal during this time. There are also few judges who want to serve in Family Court and we need good, wise decision makers who will treat everyone with respect such as Taniesha.
