Ken Joel is a sitting judge in the Criminal Division of the Court of Common Pleas. From January 2018-September 2021 he served as a Deputy General Counsel in the Governor’s Office of General Counsel where he was a member of the team handling election and COVID-19 related litigation. From December 2014-January 2018 he was the Chief Deputy Attorney General and head of litigation for the PA Attorney General’s Office.
